Mr. Proctor's practice is focused on assisting people in their quest for justice and maintenance of their dignity. For example, his practice currently includes litigation to assist clients who have been: wrongfully terminated from their employment; wrongfully denied their disability or retirement benefits; denied custody or visitation rights with their children; dispossessed of their homes and property; and, injured in motor-vehicle accidents. Furthermore, Mr. Proctor aggressively defends people who have been accused of committing crimes. Using his personal experience and legal qualifications, Mr. Proctor has dedicated himself to bringing new industry and jobs to West Virginia. Mr. Proctor is known for having successfully started several businesses in the Huntington area including a wind turbine manufacturing facility, several restaurant/entertainment businesses and a legal practice. He is actively involved in the community as a member of the Vestry at St. John's Episcopal Church and as a member of the Board of Directors for the St. John's House, a youth outreach and education program. Mr. Proctor is married to Karen Coffey Proctor and has three children:
